Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician

Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers. Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice. In this paid apprenticeship you will be provided mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this roll.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards.
- Receive mentorship and training to develop calibration technician skills.
- Gain confidence working across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers.
- Participate in initial training provided by Protech and ongoing virtual support.
- Continue education on new vehicle technology.
- Work toward graduation to a Protech Calibration Technician or On‑Site Calibration Technician within 7 months.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
- Pass all pre‑employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
- Previous automotive experience is nice to have but not required.
Skills
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity: reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
