Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician Apprentice

About the role

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice. In this paid apprenticeship you will be provided mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On‑Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards.
• Work with a variety of vehicle manufacturers to gain broad calibration experience.
• Participate in mentorship, training, and continuing education on new vehicle technology.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
• Pass all pre‑employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have, but not required: previous automotive experience.

Skills

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity: reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Pay

Up to $25.00 per hour.
