Responsibilities

As an Automotive Technician Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working with experienced technicians on a wide variety of vehicles. You’ll learn how to:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and scheduled maintenance
• Complete brake, steering, and suspension repairs
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using modern diagnostic equipment
• Learn manufacturer repair procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Deliver repairs that keep customers safe and satisfied

• Year One: Build a strong maintenance foundation, complete manufacturer training, begin ASE certifications, and learn dealership systems and processes.
• Years Two & Three: Perform increasingly advanced repairs, build diagnostic skills, and increase productivity and earning potential.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has completed (or is currently enrolled in) an automotive trade or vocational program, or has equivalent hands-on experience
• Loves working on vehicles
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Wants to learn from experienced professionals
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Works well as part of a team
• Holds a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Experience is helpful—but attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn matter even more.

Pay

Starting pay: $17.50+/hour based on experience, education, and qualifications, plus performance incentives.
