About the role
Responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, and reporting for Bobby Rahal Honda.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in automotive finance or accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Knowledge of automotive industry practices and regulations.
