Responsibilities

• Process customer credit applications and submit them to various financial institutions for approval.
• Fill out and organize all state and finance-related paperwork for vehicle transactions (attention to detail essential).
• At the time of delivery after a client purchases a vehicle, review all necessary paperwork with them.
• Explain the benefits of additional products such as vehicle service agreements, paint and fabric protection, and road hazard coverage, using sales savvy and customer service skills.
• Uphold integrity: be honest and transparent; do not offer anything without value.

Requirements

• Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Prior automotive dealership and/or finance experience preferred.
• PA Vehicle Sales license (we will help you acquire if necessary).

Pay

Salary plus commission.

Schedule

Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on Sunday.
