Automotive Accessory Counter Sales (extra $5.00/hr. on Saturdays!)

Key Responsibilities

• Sell exciting accessories to Guests to customize their rides!
• Assist Guests in selecting automotive accessories, such as tonneau covers, toppers, mudflaps, lighting, and more!
• Communicate with and listen to Guests to understand their desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Inform and educate Guests about available products and the features of each one.
• Generate sales through in-store, phone, and follow-up interactions.
• Meet or exceed individual and Team sales goals!
• Build long-term Guest relations and repeat business.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate installation schedule.
• Communicate updates with Guests as required during installation process.
• Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate how to use their new products and their features.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and product displays.

Requirements

Prior automotive experience is a plus though is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available to those willing to grow.

Pay

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00+ (and an extra $5.00/hr. for each hour worked on Saturday) and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule

This position works a 5-day workweek made up of 4 weekdays and Saturday, having a weekday and Sundays off!
