Automotive Accessories Counter Sales (extra $5.00/hr. on Saturdays!)

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and Guest-focused individual to join our Team! This position will assist Guests with enhancing and customizing their vehicles. If you enjoy cars, sales, and assisting Guests with finding the right products, this is a great opportunity to grow with our Company.

Responsibilities

• Sell exciting accessories to Guests to customize their rides.
• Assist Guests in selecting automotive accessories, such as tonneau covers, toppers, mudflaps, lighting, and more.
• Communicate with and listen to Guests to understand their desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Inform and educate Guests about available products and the features of each one.
• Generate sales through in-store, phone, and follow-up interactions.
• Meet or exceed individual and Team sales goals.
• Build long-term Guest relations and repeat business.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate installation schedule.
• Communicate updates with Guests as required during installation process.
• Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate how to use their new products and their features.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and product displays.
• Create experiences of Excellence in the Store where our Guests consistently receive outstanding service.

Requirements

• Passion for vehicles, accessories, and working with Guests.
• Prior automotive experience is a plus though not required.
• Willingness to grow through outstanding training opportunities.

Pay

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00, plus an extra $5.00 per hour for each hour worked on Saturday.

Schedule

This position works a 5-day workweek made up of 4 weekdays and Saturday, with one weekday and Sundays off.
