Automotive Accessories Coordinator

About the role

The Automotive Accessories Coordinator at Dan Wolf Automotive Group is responsible for coordinating vehicle accessory installments, ensuring quality control, and providing excellent customer service. This role works closely with both the Service and Aftermarket departments to manage repairs and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Working with both Service and Aftermarket departments to ensure quality control of delivered vehicles
• Organizing different installations
• Scheduling repairs for Aftermarket vendors and assisting guests with eCP repairs
• Making sure No Show customers receive calls back to reschedule appointments
• Providing excellent customer updates and maintaining good communication skills
• Aiding the Accessories Manager in retrieving RO information for monthly reports
• Writing up guests and assisting them in getting into a loaner vehicle
• Assisting Service/Sales customers with loaner vehicles
• Closing out work orders and distributing copies for month-end reports
• Creating opportunities to sell accessory packages
• Delivering vehicles to guests with full explanations of work, installation, and any questions they may have

Requirements

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
• Have sales experience or background
• Be outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Possess strong quality customer service skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be persistent, competitive, and have a good work ethic
• Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Be computer literate and have basic math skills
• Bilingual is a plus
