Automotive Parts Coordinator
About the role
As Parts Specialists at Carvana, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering a no-hassle, better car buying experience. We aim to provide only the highest quality vehicles to our customers, supported by expert advice and outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately identify and recommend automotive parts based on customer & technician needs
- Source and order complex automotive parts for both customers and our internal shop team
- Process sales transactions, including parts orders and returns
- Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and stock room
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with the internal shop team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining compliance with safety and OEM standards

Other Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- A clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI’s in the last three years
- The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
- May be requested to work overtime and weekends for special programs and events
- Frequent standing and sitting with varying periods of each
- May at times require working different shifts
- Lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- Walk up to three miles each day
