Role #1: Client Success Project Manager

About Authority Engines: We build personalized email and website systems for coaches, consultants, creators, and nonprofits.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Lead kickoff calls and client update calls in North American time zones.
  • Internal Syncs: Communicate asynchronously through Slack and Basecamp.
  • Translating Strategy: Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable steps.
  • Presentation: Present timelines, updates, and priorities with confidence.
  • Project Management: Maintain accurate timelines and milestone tracking inside Basecamp.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with the Personalization Systems Implementer and external specialists.
  • Scope Protection: Ensure clients deliver required assets and information on schedule.
  • Quality & Systems Support: Perform non-technical UX-level QA, document SOPs, and identify process gaps.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • RightMessage Implementation & Architecture: Build and configure segmentation surveys, multi-step experiences, targeting rules, and personalized on-site experiences using our internal frameworks.
  • Dynamic Content: Implement dynamic headlines, personalized content blocks, conditional CTAs, and adaptive website messaging according to our methodology.
  • Testing: Test every variation, fallback, display rule, and edge-case interaction to ensure flawless behavior.
  • Kit Implementation: Build and maintain advanced visual automations using our proven structure and logic patterns.
  • Conditional Logic: Ensure all Liquid conditionals are Kit-safe, email-friendly, and structured for future reuse.
  • Documentation: Document all logic, naming conventions, and framework updates as SOPs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Improve internal templates, naming conventions, and system structure.
  • Cross-Tool Automation: Configure and maintain integrations using Zapier or Make.
  • Error Troubleshooting: Ensure clean data routing, idempotent workflows, and reliable field syncing.
  • Testing: Test every conditional path using structured test subscriber profiles.
  • Documentation: Document each workflow and logic pattern as reusable SOPs.
