About the Role

We are seeking an Automation Test Engineer to support large-scale projects. This role involves assisting and driving the automation strategy across complex transformation programs, implementing scalable automation solutions to improve quality outcomes and accelerate time to market.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate in defining the automation roadmap and strategy aligned to project objectives.
• Assist in designing enterprise-grade automation frameworks for projects.
• Support the creation of automation technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure automation engineering best practices.
• Assist in automation planning, estimation, prioritization, and reporting across project delivery cycles.
• Assist in establishing automation standards, templates, reusable libraries, version control practices, and continuous improvement models.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous validation practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working on large-scale system migrations or platform transformations.
• 2-6 years of experience in automation Quality Engineering.
• Expertise in Selenium, Katalon, or Tricentis, with Java or Python, TestNG or JUnit, and designing custom frameworks.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of API test automation using Rest Assured or similar tools.
• Working experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, and pipeline configuration.
• Ability to architect frameworks using Page Object Model, data-driven, hybrid, and service-level automation patterns.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery practices.
• Must have hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks.
• Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.
• Nice to have: Experience with SAP/ERP/Salesforce implementations or performance testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
