Automation Specialist (Dayshift)

About the role

Our organization is dedicated to feeding communities by supporting operations from distribution centers to offices. The Automatic Case Pick (ACP) Generalist plays a vital role in handling products within the automated system, removing cases from pallets, placing them onto trays, operating robots, clearing faults, and maintaining pallet integrity in the shipping area.

Responsibilities

• Remove cases from pallets and layer onto trays in the Automated Case Pick System
• Ensure product accuracy while maintaining quality and production levels
• Inspect and confirm pallet stability and product integrity
• Work primarily standing, bending, pulling, lifting, and pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walk extensive distances daily on various surfaces and frequently lift products weighing 1-60+ lbs
• Handle objects safely, including sharp tools

Qualifications & Skills

• Attendance and high school diploma or GED
• Initiative, productivity, safety awareness, and strong work values
