I need someone to look at our deal operations workflow and build automations that make it run reliably. The workflow covers stages from brand interest to invoicing and payment, and the goal is to automate the weekly rhythm that keeps getting missed.

Skills Required

• Experience with automating workflows using platforms like Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, or a CRM.
• Knowledge of multi-stage workflows and conditional chasing or follow-ups.
• Ability to build and test automations covering the full deal lifecycle.
• Good documentation skills to ensure clear understanding of the built automations.
• Experience in building automations that can be handed over and maintained by others.
