About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Work with designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces and intuitive experiences
  • Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines
  • Contribute to code reviews and mentoring junior developers
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
