What You’ll Do
- Lead the Hunt: Identify high-impact projects and unlock new customer segments while nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Engineer the Sale: Collaborate with customers to design tailored automation solutions, craft compelling proposals, and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Strategize for Success: Work hand-in-hand with the VP of Sales to shape and execute national sales strategies that deliver results.
- Leverage the Network: Tap into Ranpak’s global footprint and internal connections to accelerate opportunities and expand your influence.
- Own the Process: From prospecting to closing, you’ll be the team leader guiding every step of the customer journey.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience in automated packaging solutions.
- A hunter mentality with a proven track record of closing complex sales.
- Deep experience working with integrators, engineers, and operations managers.
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems, CRM platforms, and project planning.
- An exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence and charisma across all levels—from warehouse floors to C-suites.
- A passion for innovation, independence, and making things happen.
Pay
$80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm
