What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Hunt: Identify high-impact projects and unlock new customer segments while nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Engineer the Sale: Collaborate with customers to design tailored automation solutions, craft compelling proposals, and drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Strategize for Success: Work hand-in-hand with the VP of Sales to shape and execute national sales strategies that deliver results.
  • Leverage the Network: Tap into Ranpak’s global footprint and internal connections to accelerate opportunities and expand your influence.
  • Own the Process: From prospecting to closing, you’ll be the team leader guiding every step of the customer journey.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience in automated packaging solutions.
  • A hunter mentality with a proven track record of closing complex sales.
  • Deep experience working with integrators, engineers, and operations managers.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS systems, CRM platforms, and project planning.
  • An exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence and charisma across all levels—from warehouse floors to C-suites.
  • A passion for innovation, independence, and making things happen.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm
