Job Title: Automated Equipment Maintenance Mechanic Location: Littleton, CO Type: Onsite Compensation: $58,240.00 - $74,880.00 Work Model: Onsite Hours: 2nd shift - Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday 5:30PM-6AM ResponsibilitiesProvide expert troubleshooting for automated manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.Use PLC ladder logic to resolve machine control issues and ensure minimal downtime.Partner with engineering to execute process validations and help develop solutions that improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).Contribute to design reviews, URS, PFMEAs, and testing during new automation projects.Conduct preventive maintenance on automated systems and monitor machine data to identify trends.Proactively solve problems and optimize production performance.RequirementsHS degree (or 2 year degree with some experience)10+ years of experience2+ years of hands-on automation experience in a heavily regulated industryExperience supporting equipment design improvementsExperience in the fabrication of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems and assemblies preferredExperience in high speed automationExperience in RF welding applicationsExperience in Cam automationHighly proficient in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, controls, and hydraulic maintenance techniquesAdvanced electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and understand complex mechanical, electrical drawings, flowcharts, and/or other drawings of a technical natureDemonstrated ability to understand new and “first time worked on” mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls and electrical systemsWorking understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLC)Proficient in the use of the PLC as a troubleshooting toolProficient with, and effective use of, relevant PC software applicationsSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
