Responsibilities
- Define the company’s multi-platform automation strategy covering various device ecosystems
- Establish testing standards and quality policies in the CI/CD pipeline
- Design specialized testing strategies for critical scenarios like video playback and ad insertion
- Lead the design and maintenance of cross-platform automation frameworks
- Drive the team's AI capability growth by identifying and prototyping AI applications
- Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, focusing on career development
- Produce data-driven quality reports for leadership on automation and quality metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in software testing and quality engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in building AI-driven automation systems and workflows
- Hands-on expertise with cross-platform automation frameworks like Puppeteer and Selenium
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java, with cross-stack code reading ability
- Solid understanding of CI/CD systems such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
