Location: Remote Education: Bachelor's DegreeExperience: 3+ years Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen Automation Engineer I Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 1+ year Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen Position Summary We are seeking an Automation Engineer to support cloud infrastructure automation, configuration, deployment, and operational activities. This position will assist with automating routine cloud and system administration processes and supporting the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based technologies. The Automation Engineer will work under direct supervision and collaborate with cloud and infrastructure personnel to support automation and process-improvement activities. Key Responsibilities Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation supporting cloud infrastructure and operations. Support automation of routine cloud administration, configuration, and deployment activities. Assist with cloud-based software implementation and deployment. Support configuration management and software distribution processes. Assist with identifying routine processes that may benefit from automation. Support automated processes involving cloud systems, servers, networks, storage, and related infrastructure. Assist with testing and troubleshooting automated processes and cloud-based solutions. Monitor automated processes and report failures or technical issues to appropriate team members. Support the testing and implementation of new cloud-based products and services. Assist with cloud infrastructure upgrade and improvement activities. Support SaaS and PaaS environments and related cloud technologies. Create and maintain technical documentation for automation processes, configurations, and procedures. Assist more experienced technical personnel with moderately complex automation and cloud infrastructure projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Minimum Of 1 Year Of Relevant Experience. General knowledge of cloud infrastructure, automation, or systems administration. Familiarity with automation, configuration management, software deployment, or related technical processes. General knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services. Familiarity with SaaS and PaaS environments. Basic understanding of server, network, and storage concepts. Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established technical procedures. Strong documentation and communication skills.
