We need to output HTML fragment with sections:

for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to extract content from posting. Let's parse the posting: Intro paragraph about values etc. Then "Position Summary" paragraph: "This position will support the Ste Genevieve Plant directly using existing automation systems and provide technical support as required by the plant. This role will be the liaison between the site management, division and corporate automation teams. Automation technologies will be used to facilitate data-driven decisions leading to improved production efficiency, safety & quality." Then "Responsibilities & Expectations" with many bullet-like sentences. Then "Attributes" list. Then "Physical Demands Include, But Are Not Limited To". Then "Required Education". Then "Preferred Education". Then "Required Experience". Then "Preferred Experience". Then benefits paragraph: "Lhoist North America is proud to offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to support your well-being and future. Our benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with paid vacation and sick time. We also offer an attractive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a generous Employer Match as well as a Supplemental Contribution based on your Years of Service to help you plan confidently for the future. We recognize that growth doesn’t stop at the workplace. That’s why we provide educational assistance to encourage continued learning and professional development, empowering our employees to reach their full potential. At Lhoist North America, your success is our investment." Then EEO boilerplate etc. Then accommodation contact. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "If you need assistance completing the application process..." etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe position summary). Responsibilities (the big list). Requirements (maybe education and experience). Qualifications (maybe attributes). Skills (maybe specific technical skills). Benefits (the benefits paragraph). Pay (not mentioned explicitly, so we should NOT create Pay section). Schedule (not mentioned). So we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can format as lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to decide what goes where. "About the role": could be the Position Summary paragraph. "Responsibilities": the big block under Responsibilities & Expectations. We'll break into list items. "Requirements": maybe Required Education and Required Experience? Or we could separate Education and Experience under Requirements. But we have also Preferred Education and Preferred Experience. Could put under Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements (required education/experience), Qualifications (attributes/preferred), Skills (technical skills). Let's map. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Required Education and Required Experience. Qualifications: Preferred Education and Preferred Experience? Also maybe Attributes (knowledge, abilities). But Attributes includes knowledge of PLC system design etc., ability to perform advanced math, self-motivated, etc. Those could be Skills or Qualifications. Let's decide: Qualifications could be the Attributes (knowledge, abilities). Skills could be technical proficiencies: PLC system design, VFDs, HMIs, Factory Talk View SE, process instrumentation, supervisory software and networks, advanced algebra and statistics, etc. But there is overlap. Better: Use Qualifications for the Attributes list (knowledge, abilities, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, reading docs). Use Skills for technical proficiencies: PLC system design (Rockwell Automation preferred), VFDs, HMIs, Factory Talk View SE, process instrumentation, supervisory software and networks, advanced algebra and statistics, AutoCAD experience highly desired, etc. Also maybe "Proficiency in windows based operating systems and networking." That's skill. But we need to preserve all info; we can split. Let's extract details: Position Summary: - Support the Ste Genevieve Plant directly using existing automation systems and provide technical support as required. - Liaison between site management, division and corporate automation teams. - Automation technologies used to facilitate data-driven decisions leading to improved production efficiency, safety & quality. Responsibilities & Expectations (list): - Standards and specifications for hardware and software - Work with engineers, maintenance, quality and operations to design and implement improvements in Controls and Automation equipment. - Support and lead automation upgrades and implement division/corporate process control strategies and standards. - Assist in coordination and oversight, completion, and implementation of plant Automation projects. - Support design, program, specify, purchase and oversee installation of electrical systems in the plant. - Program and document Automated equipment including control loops, State Machines, and Sequencers. - Support maintenance and programming of our control systems and HMIs - Optimization of process rate, efficiency, and waste to achieve or exceed budgeted goals and objectives - Collaboration with the production team (manager, supervisors and employees) to optimize control logic and resolve process/control failures and faults - Development, implementation and monitoring of the “man-machine” interface to achieve repeatable “best” outcomes - Procurement process: Create scope of documents for projects assigned in accordance with guidelines developed by the operating team. - Promote cooperative efforts between all functions related to capital projects - Work closely with Capital Programs team as necessary. - Maintain and improve the existing controls and equipment. - Calibration of field devices: weigh belts; gas analyzers; thermocouples; pressure and flow transmitters; etc. - Optimization-Tuning of control loops - Maintaining accurate, accessible records of calibrations, jumpers, programming changes, etc. - Development, implementation and monitoring of “man-machine” interface and SOP’s - Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis of equipment and software failures - Process hazards identified and control logic, limits and other safeguards implemented and maintained in reliable - Problem Solving and Decision-Making Ability: Provide technical assistance to all plant personnel in solving control and process problems by utilizing SPC, SQL, Historian, and other tools. - Work closely with the division/corporate Automation team to ensure consistency. - Training and development: Develop yourself as a positive learner/professional who participates in cross-functional communication and training between production and engineering teams. - Drive culture changes of the plants from reactive to proactive in their approach to asset management and reliability. - Provide feedback to direct managers and supervisors of those managed through projects. - Train and upskill electricians and other team members - Plant IT support for computers, hardware and software. - Install, maintain, and support all plant personal computer hardware and software. - Liaison for corporate IT department on computer hardware and software installation, maintenance, and upgrades. - Proficiency in windows based operating systems and networking. - Perform other duties as assigned. We need to exclude boilerplate: EEO, accommodation contact, etc. Now we need to output HTML fragment with sections. We must not create Pay or Schedule sections because not mentioned. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (education + experience), Qualifications (attributes), Skills (technical proficiencies), Benefits. But we have overlapping technical proficiencies in Attributes and Preferred Experience. We could put technical proficiencies under Skills, and keep Attributes under Qualifications (soft skills). Let's extract: Technical proficiencies: - Knowledge of PLC system design (Rockwell Automation preferred) - Demonstrated capabilities with computers, VFDs, HMIs, Factory Talk View SE, process instrumentation, supervisory software and networks. - Advanced mathematical calculations, including advanced algebra and statistics (could be skill) - Experience with Control Systems and HMIs (develop experience) - Proficiency in windows based operating systems and networking. - Working knowledge of programming PLCs and HMIs, Plant PAX, Allen-Bradley and Wonderware highly preferred. - AutoCAD experience highly desired. Also maybe "Program and document Automated equipment including control loops, State Machines, and Sequencers." That's a responsibility. We'll put under Skills: PLC system design (Rockwell Automation preferred), VFDs, HMIs, Factory Talk View SE, process instrumentation, supervisory software and networks, advanced algebra and statistics, Windows OS and networking, programming PLCs and HMIs, Plant PAX, Allen-Bradley, Wonderware, AutoCAD. Qualifications (Attributes): - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Effective oral, written, and spoken communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, SOPs, electrical drawings, maintenance instructions, procedural manuals. - Develop experience with our Control Systems and HMIs (maybe skill but okay). But we need to preserve all info; we can include that under Qualifications as well. Let's structure:
