Automation & Controls Supervisor - Manufacturing

Marvin is seeking an Automation Systems Supervisor to lead automation performance in our manufacturing operations. You will oversee plant automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, and robotics to support safe, efficient, high-quality production of premium windows, doors, and skylights. Responsibilities include guiding technicians, coordinating maintenance and upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement projects.
