About the role

Our experienced industrial control technicians specialize in providing onsite industrial automation services for a wide range of industrial automation devices, from the latest and most advanced technologies to older and obsolete equipment including all Omron PLCs and HMI (e.g. CJ, C200H, C20, C20K, CQM1, CS, C500, Zen), Allen Bradley PLCs (e.g. PLC5, SLC 500, SLC 100/150, Micrologix, Contrologix, Pico), Siemens PLCs (e.g. S7 series), GE PLCs (e.g. 90/30), Automation Direct PLCs (e.g. DL05/06, DL105, DL205, DL305, DL405) and Westinghouse (e.g. PC1100).

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and document every IO point in the control system, as well as every wire and every label.
• Upgrade existing PLC platforms into YOUR desired future go to system, including Variable Frequency Drive upgrades, New Panel upgrades, Motor Control Upgrades and all related Machine Upgrades.
• Provide 24/7 support for PLC related issues, equipment breakdowns, motor, automation and control failures.
• Offer third party on-site maintenance solutions including maintenance technicians, CMMS support, Reliability Engineering and Plant Engineering based on your plants schedule.

Qualifications

We seek individuals with a strong background in industrial control systems, specifically with expertise in Omron, Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Automation Direct, and Westinghouse PLCs and HMI. Proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting control systems is essential. Experience with upgrading PLC platforms and related equipment is preferred.
