Responsibilities
- Assembling and testing automated packaging solutions.
- Assembling mechanical, electrical and pneumatic component according to drawing, electrical schematics and instructions.
- Following and keeping track of project schedules.
- Collaboration with engineering, inventory, service and shipping departments.
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50 - 80 pounds.
- High School of GED or equivalent.
- Any technical school training in Industrial Electronics, Schematics or Blueprints helpful but not required.
- Decision Making Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Skills
- Reading and following assembly drawing and assembly instructions.
- Installing the sub-assembly components on main frame according to drawing and instruction manuals.
- Mount, connect and adjust pneumatic component.
- Install and align conveyance systems.
- Read and wire according to the electrical schematics.
- Lay out diagrams for electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
- Mount and wire electrical components including motors, sensors, actuators, robotic arms, etc.
- Follow and install all the safety requirements of the system.
- Modify component according to engineering request.
- Drill and tap holes, cutting slots, cutting parts, opening holes, grinding surfaces, rewire and change electrical components.
- Report issues to the supervisor, engineering and quality team.
- Test and adjust mechanical and electrical assemblies following the assembly instructions and check lists.
- Run the equipment and help with the FAT (Final Acceptance Test).
- Collaborate with the service department. Help install the equipment on the customer site.
- Follow the project schedule and keep track of the production order schedule. Report the issues to the schedule to the supervisor.
- Accurate control of inventory using production orders. Collaborate with inventory for maintaining all needed parts for the project.
- Navigate to our Inventory, Project and File Management systems.
- Forklift Operation trained or willing to have Forklift Operation Training.
