Essential Functions
- Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately perform Sub Assembly, General Assembly, Wiring, Adjustment and Shipping Prep on LST / ROS.
- Use torque wrenches to specification.
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assemble units as directed by the trainer, Lead or Supervisor with quality in mind in a specified time frame.
- Perform adjustments needed to ensure factory settings and specifications using schematics and/or engineering documentation.

- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Able to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Able to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea.
- Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others.
- Communicate and enforce corporate environmental, health, and safety program.
- Fill out forms, as needed.
Skills
- Forklift and Overhead Crane (Preferred)
- Ability to use the metric system.
- Good communicator.
- Able to use Hand Tools and Power Tools.
- Assembly experience.
- Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.
- ISO experience (Plus).

Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 5:00pm
Occasional Overtime
PAY RANGE
$25.00-$26.00
