Job Summary
As an Automated Pallet Repairer, you'll build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood, earning piece rate pay based on the number of pallets repaired. This is a production-based position with an hourly wage range of $18.50 to $25.00 per hour.

Shift
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Receive wood from the saw shop and assemble pallets using a nail gun along set stringers
- Stack finished products by hand for forklift operators to transport to designated areas
- Ensure safety by adhering to all company procedures
- Achieve high quality standards while maintaining a high volume of finished goods
- Communicate effectively and work overtime as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing approximately 50 lbs. regularly
- Previous experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, or similar fields preferred
- Quick hands and attention to detail
- Commitment to quality
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various conditions including heat, cold, and air particulates
- Repetitively lift up to 50-75 lbs. and adjust body position for extended periods
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
- Close, distance, and color vision required
