Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, monitoring and improving automated assembly processes
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery
• Create programs for Pick and Place machinery and AOI, order SMT stencils, develop and operate reflow profiles
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Guide and assist machine operators in building products

Requirements

• 2-year Associates degree, preferably in a technical field
• 2+ years direct experience as a PCBA Surface Mount Process Technician/Manufacturing Technician OR 5+ years' experience in PCBA Automated Assembly Operations
• Good hand eye coordination and good visual acuity required
• Must pay very close attention to detail
• Able to work independently
