AutoCAD Electrical Designer (Sign-On Bonus)

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design activities to include:
• Preparation of control panel drawings using AutoCad Electrical;
• Enclosure front, back plate layout and details;
• Cutout details;
• Associated wiring diagrams and Bill of Materials.
• Provides checking support for deliverables.
• Design activities are conducted following regimented quality assurance / quality control procedures.
• Produce and revise drawing packages in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes and standards.
• Coincide with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to ensure accurate and integrated designs.
• Maintain drawing standards, title blocks, and revision control.
• Support design reviews and incorporate redlines.

Required Experience

• A High School Diploma.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience utilizing AutoCad Electrical.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field.
• A Microsoft Office Suite.
• US Citizenship required for client projects.
• Experience with control panel or industrial electrical design preferred.
• Familiarity with NEC or similar standards preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to effectively manage conflict while balancing multiple schedules and priorities.
• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint proficiency.
