About the role

Holden Engineering & Surveying is expanding its staff to meet demands for ongoing and upcoming projects across a growing 40-year base of commercial and municipal clients. Work with a dedicated and friendly team of professional engineers, civil technicians, surveyors, and CADD personnel to deliver quality site plans for commercial and municipal projects across NH, MA, VT, and ME. Our office is conveniently located just 3 minutes from I-293 and Everett Turnpike (Route 3) in Bedford, NH.

Responsibilities

• Draft site plans, boundary line plans, ALTA plans, and road construction plans using AutoCAD
• Assemble plan sheets and plan sets with a minimum of instruction and supervision
• Work in a busy fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience drafting site plans, boundary line plans, ALTA plans, and road construction plans using AutoCAD
• Ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment
• Ability to assemble plan sheets and plan sets with a minimum of instruction and supervision
