AUTO701: Senior Workflow Automation Engineer

Workflow Orchestration

Own the end-to-end design and optimization of high-impact automated workflows across our core business platforms (primarily utilizing Workato, and/or other iPaaS tools).

Process Automation

Partner with product leads to audit existing manual administrative friction points and translate their operational needs into elegant, automated recipes.

System Governance

Monitor automation health, manage API connections, and design proactive error-handling to ensure integrations run reliably without disruption.

Mission Alignment

• A genuine passion for bridging the gender and opportunity gaps in STEM education for underserved youth.

Automation & iPaaS Expertise

• Proven experience building complex workflows and recipes using enterprise tools like Workato, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.

API & Logic Savvy

• Strong understanding of how SaaS tools communicate (REST APIs, webhooks, JSON structures) to map data accurately between systems.

Problem Solver

• Excellent ability to break down a messy, manual human process into clean, logical, automated steps.

Virtual Collaboration

• Comfortable operating independently in a remote-first, highly collaborative environment using Jira, and Google Workspace.
