About the Role

Farris Ford in Morristown, TN is hiring experienced Automotive Technicians. We offer a unique pay plan that provides the stability of guaranteed full-time pay and significant earning potential for high productivity.

Pay

Up to $45 per hour guaranteed for qualifying technicians, with a 40-hour weekly guarantee. Flagged hours above 40 are paid at double your established hourly rate (e.g., $90 per hour at a $45 rate). Compensation is based on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and proven skill level.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• No Saturdays
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately document repairs and recommendations
• Deliver quality work efficiently and consistently

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Current or previous manufacturer certification, ASE certification, or comparable advanced technical qualifications
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Experience handling complex mechanical and electrical repairs
• Ability to perform quality work efficiently and consistently

Ford, Lincoln, Ford Senior Master, or other Ford manufacturer training and experience is highly valued. Experienced technicians from other manufacturers with strong diagnostic and repair skills are encouraged to apply.
