Auto Technician — Earn Up to $45/hr Guar+ Double Time Over 40 Hrs

Pay

Up to $45 per hour guaranteed. Flagged hours over 40 are paid at double your established hourly rate (e.g., $90 per hour at a $45 rate). Compensation is based on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and proven skill level.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• No Saturdays
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately document repairs and recommendations
• Deliver quality work efficiently and consistently

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Current or previous manufacturer certification, ASE certification, or comparable advanced technical qualifications
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Experience handling complex mechanical and electrical repairs
• Ability to perform quality work efficiently and consistently

Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Stellantis, or Mopar experience is highly valued. Experienced technicians with strong diagnostic and repair skills from other manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
