About the role
Junior Automotive Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles efficiently, following safety procedures, and adhering to industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicles based on experience and certifications.
- Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on inspection and repair orders.
- Explain diagnoses and repair needs to customers and team members.
- Recommend necessary services, document all recommendations accurately.
- Maintain safety standards and report concerns to management.
- Keep ASE certifications current and renew as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience/training preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work at least five days, including Saturdays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $20/hour plus up to $10 flag rate.
