About the role

Junior Automotive Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles efficiently, following safety procedures, and adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicles based on experience and certifications.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on inspection and repair orders.
  • Explain diagnoses and repair needs to customers and team members.
  • Recommend necessary services, document all recommendations accurately.
  • Maintain safety standards and report concerns to management.
  • Keep ASE certifications current and renew as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience/training preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work at least five days, including Saturdays.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $20/hour plus up to $10 flag rate.
