Pay

Up to $45 per hour guaranteed. Qualifying flagged hours above 40 are paid at double your established guaranteed hourly rate. At a $45 per hour established rate, that's $90 per hour on qualifying flagged hours above 40. Compensation based on your experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and proven skill level.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. No Saturdays. Paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately document repairs and recommendations
• Deliver quality work efficiently and consistently

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Current or previous manufacturer certification, ASE certification, or comparable advanced technical qualifications
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Experience handling complex mechanical and electrical repairs
• Ability to perform quality work efficiently and consistently
• Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram repair experience is highly valued, but experienced technicians from other manufacturers are encouraged to apply
