The primary role of the Auto Robot Welding Lead is to work closely with the Production Supervisor, Shop Lead, peers, and other departments to contribute to Valmont’s overall success. The Lead must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for running robotic welding, training, and filling wherever needed in the Welding Shop.
