Auto Parts Receiver

As a Receiver, you will be responsible for receiving and processing returns, loading will-call orders, and providing excellent customer service. Why Join Us? Essential Job Functions Communicating RTV items that need to be returned to vendorSupport walk in customers with pick up and drop off Process items from vendors and canceled ordersLoad and unload driver returns and EPL pickupsManage drop locations within company goalsLogging, auditing, and monitoring returns and CoresUpdating PO’s and Work orders in the system for accuracyEngages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitudeSupport forklift, load and unload when neededProvides additional backup support for shipping and stocking departmentsPerform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice Qualifications High school diploma or GED and/or one (1) year Receiver experience or any equivalent combination of training and experienceCustomer Service experienceForklift experienceFamiliarity with automotive repair and maintenance Excellent decision making skills and ability to self-directGood interpersonal communication skills Physical Requirements Must be able to perform a variety of tasks in all kinds of weather/seasonsPhysical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy objectsAbility to lift/load/unload up to 75 lbs Will be required to wear proper PPE
