Auto Parts - Order Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and promote a safe work environment.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers picking up orders and respond to basic customer inquiries.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Effectively prioritize daily responsibilities to support operational needs.
• Utilize multiple computer systems and web-based applications to complete warehouse transactions.
• Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse software to accurately receive, pick, and ship inventory.
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all warehouse processes.
• Identify and resolve routine issues within the assigned work area, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Process purchase orders and prepare invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment (experience required).
• Perform additional warehouse and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and remains productive.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and warehouse technology.
