Auto Mechanic

About the role

Easy Auto is seeking a skilled Mechanic for our Reconditioning Center in Cleveland. Our Mechanics keep our stores stocked with reliable, front-line ready vehicles we are proud to put our families and customers in. They generally work in a team setting in one of our three large reconditioning shops behind our Cleveland dealership.

Requirements

• 3 years of verifiable work experience preferred
• ASE certification preferred but not required
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
• Work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail are a must, along with a great attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced environment, with a commitment to doing the right things
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling 20 or more pounds; must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and ability to work within and promote a team environment

Pay

Mechanics are paid an hourly rate (no book time). Competitive compensation varies with qualifications and experience, with additional pay increases available for earning ASE certifications.

Schedule

Typical schedule is a 4‑day, 40‑hour work week with Fridays off, providing a three‑day weekend every week.
