Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including oil and fluid changes, filters, and inspections
• Complete light mechanical repairs such as brakes, tires, and minor component replacements
• Conduct safety and condition inspections on fleet and auction vehicles
• Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment safely and accurately
• Document all work performed in digital maintenance systems and repair orders
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards in the shop
• Communicate vehicle issues and repair recommendations to supervisors or service advisors
• Support team members in meeting shop productivity and quality goals
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly handle tools and equipment
