Auto Glass Technician Trainee

About the role

Speedy Glass is hiring an Auto Glass Technician Trainee at our Tucson location. No experience is required—bring your can-do attitude, and we’ll teach you all you need to know. You’ll learn trade skills through hands-on practice working side-by-side with experienced technicians on a fast-paced shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Learn Speedy Glass policies, procedures, and safety protocols for the repair and replacement of auto glass
• Support Auto Glass Technicians in repairing or replacing windshields and other auto glass using proper tools and methods to ensure quality installation
• Ensure equipment, materials, and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• State-issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, stand, bend, and remain on your feet for long periods

Schedule

Stores close at 5pm and are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
