Auto Damage Adjuster
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Auto Damage Adjuster to join our team in Boise, ID. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Settle claims promptly and accurately
- Work flexibly between remote, field, and office settings
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driver's license (must meet company underwriting guidelines)
- Applicable state and federal certifications and permits
- Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skills
- Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Pay
Annual Salary: $29.51 - $46.30
Schedule
The position may require either remote/field/in-office work.
