Auto Damage Adjuster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Auto Damage Adjuster to join our team in Boise, ID. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Settle claims promptly and accurately
• Work flexibly between remote, field, and office settings

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver's license (must meet company underwriting guidelines)
• Applicable state and federal certifications and permits
• Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skills
• Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Annual Salary: $29.51 - $46.30

Schedule

The position may require either remote/field/in-office work.
