Auto Damage Adjuster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Auto Damage Adjuster to join our team in Columbia, MO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience and demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent customer service and efficiently settling claims.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge
• Provide prompt and accurate claim settlement
• Meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license (meeting company underwriting guidelines)
• Ability to maintain relevant certifications and permits
• Solid computer, mechanical, and multi-tasking skills
• Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate field or office work

Pay

The starting annual salary range for this position is $32.05 - $49.86.

Schedule

This role requires primary work in the Columbia, MO territory. Position may require remote or field work as needed.
