Auto Collision Body Shop Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Auto Body Shop Technician to join our team and perform vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues based on customer complaints and inspections
• Carry out repairs, determine causes of defects, and ensure quality work
• Communicate with departments, order and label parts, and document work performed
• Inspect vehicles post-delivery, road test, and identify additional safety or maintenance needs
• Install optional equipment and report defective or malfunctioning parts
• Participate in training, stay updated on technical bulletins, and supervise apprentice technicians
• Maintain shop cleanliness, tool care, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications

• World-class customer service skills
• Ability to pass drug testing and possess a valid, clean driver’s license
• Minimum age of 18 years and authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay between $18 and $28
