Responsibilities
- Aid lead body tech with 100% tear down
- Remove damaged components and assist in evaluation of damages
- Assist with installation of new parts
- Organize parts for repair orders
- Absorb light body work
Qualifications
- Work full-time, 40 hours a week
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for long periods of time and regularly position or move self to fix and repair over and under vehicles
- Effectively communicate and take direction from superiors
- High School Diploma/GED preferred

Pay
The Company offers a commission/flag rate structure for this position. Flag pay is guaranteed to meet local minimum wage requirements for all hours worked each week. The posted range for this position is USD $40,000.00/Yr. to USD $84,500.00/Yr., subject to various factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant certifications and qualifications.
