Auto Body Technician Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist lead body tech with 100% tear down
• Remove damaged components and assist in evaluation of damages
• Assist with installation of new parts
• Organize parts for repair orders
• Assist with light body work

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours a week
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and regularly position or move self to fix and repair over and under vehicles
• Ability to effectively communicate and take direction from superiors
• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Pay

This position is paid on a commission/flag rate structure. Flag pay is guaranteed to meet local minimum wage requirements for all hours worked each week. The compensation range for a typical full-time employee in this position is between USD $40,000.00 and USD $89,400.00 per year.
