Auto Body Technician "3+ YEARS REQUIRED"

About the role

We are a busy, well-established auto body shop looking to expand our team with a highly qualified technician. We have been in business for over 30 years and have a large customer base. Our shop is equipped with modern facilities including 5 frame machines, multiple brand new welding units, and air conditioning and radiant heat systems. We are also Subaru Collision Certified and i-car Gold certified.

Responsibilities

• Performing tasks including heavier hits, suspension and glass removal and installation
• Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Handling a heavy workload up to 100 hours per week

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a technician
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Available for at least 40 hours per week

• Strong work ethic and reliability

Skills

• Proficiency with frame machines and welding equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The projected total compensation ranges from $65,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position with availability for at least 40 hours per week.
