Auto Body Prepper (2nd Shift)

As an Entry‑level Auto Body Repair Technician you’ll prep vehicles for paint, and the company offers training programs to help your skills and pay grow with the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools – must be able to lift up to 60 lb independently.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Schedule

The role requires flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure vehicles are delivered as expected.
