Auto Assembler

About the role

We are seeking a machine operator to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will operate and adjust our fleet of auto assembly machines, as well as inspect completed products.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain auto assembly machines as well as perform approved preventive maintenance on machines
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Follow all safety and standard operating procedures
• Utilize in-process inspections and visual observations to maintain a high level of quality
• Become familiar with ISO, FDA and other applicable regulatory standards
• Support team and production operations
• Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support cross-training, and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment
• Participate in continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are comfortable with repetitive tasks that require consistency and focus
• Can work independently to stay on task, while also collaborating effectively with a team to meet shared production goals
• Strong attention to detail and take pride in following processes to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually.

Schedule

This is an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
