The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Analytics, this position's primary responsibilities will include strategy development and performance analysis to optimize portfolio results. The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering results, innovative and strategic, willing to challenge status quo, learn quickly, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to sift through voluminous amounts of information to pinpoint which items are relevant to understanding business results. They will apply knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data (analytics).

The Work

  • Conduct strategy A/B tests in Auto servicing areas to improve portfolio performance and efficiency of operations; able to manage strategy rollouts from idea/inception to post implementation monitoring
  • Analyze monthly operating results and trends in portfolio performance; identify areas of opportunity and research potential recommendations for actions
  • Collaboratively work with operational and other matrix partners to ensure alignment with strategic imperatives
  • Able to deliver accurate analysis within expected timelines

The Skills

  • Demonstrated ability in working both independently and with direction to meet established deadlines and objectives
  • Business Acumen: Financial Statements and Concepts
  • Intermediate technical skills with Excel and/or analysis software
  • Pays deep and critical attention to detail to ensure accurate deliverables

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years experience in analytics, Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years' experience in analytics, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Pay

Base Pay Range: $65000 - $115000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications.
We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation

This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
