About the role
As a paraprofessional, you’ll encourage young learners, support teachers, and help students feel seen and capable—whether you’re guiding them through a lesson or just offering a smile when they need it. You’ll bring patience, kindness, and a steady presence to every day. The work environment is lively and hands‑on. You’ll spend your day in classrooms and hallways always moving and interacting with students and staff. Flexibility is important—no two days are exactly the same. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, kindness, and making school a welcoming place for every child.
