About the role

Autism Therapist positions are available at ABA Centers of Washington in Bothell, Mill Creek, and Woodinville. These roles offer a starting hourly rate of $30.00 for Behavior Technicians (BT), $28.00 for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and $26.00 for Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCAA).

Responsibilities

  • Direct Client Support
  • Deliver ABA therapy in various settings
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Track progress and maintain quality
  • Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
  • Collaborate and communicate with BCBAs, team members, and families
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Support operations with administrative and clinical tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
  • Available during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Preferred

  • Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
  • Prior exposure to ABA services

Position-Specific Items

  • Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks, followed by precepting and pass the RBT exam within 45 days.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting.
