Autism Diagnostic Evaluator – Psychologist / Psychological Associate
About the opportunity
Bright Pathways ABA is a rapidly growing provider of high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services for children with autism across Texas. We're passionate about making autism care more accessible, supporting families throughout their journey, and building meaningful relationships with the communities we serve. Through our expanding network of pediatricians, healthcare providers, and referral partners, we've identified a significant need for accessible, timely autism diagnostic evaluations. We're excited to take the next step in our growth by developing a dedicated diagnostic evaluation program to help meet that need. We're looking for an experienced, motivated professional who wants to be part of something bigger than a traditional clinical position. This is an opportunity to help launch and shape a new service line within a growing organization, supported by an established referral network and an experienced administrative team.
We are seeking a qualified clinician with experience conducting autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnostic evaluations for children. We welcome applications from Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Psychological Associates (LPAs), and other appropriately qualified professionals who are authorized to perform autism diagnostic evaluations in Texas. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families, comfortable conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments, and interested in contributing to the development of a growing evaluation program. We are open to part-time employment, independent contracting, or a partnership arrangement with an established practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive autism spectrum disorder diagnostic evaluations for children.
- Administer and interpret standardized diagnostic assessments, including ADOS-2 when clinically appropriate and within the clinician's qualifications.
- Review developmental histories, caregiver interviews, behavioral observations, and relevant clinical records.
- Prepare accurate, comprehensive diagnostic reports with findings and recommendations.
